What’s your shipping policy?
You pay a flat $5 rate on all orders! As we launch Abidible, we wanted to offer reasonable shipping for all of our customers as a thank you for starting this journey with us!
What’s your return policy?
Because our lettered products are customized, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. Please take the time to confirm sizing using the charts provided with each product listing. That said, if there is a manufacturing error, issue, or defect with your order, please immediately let us know by contacting us here. If you have an issue with any of our digital products, please contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
What is your return policy for the course?
If the "How to Study the Bible" course doesn’t turn out to be what you’d hoped for or expected, we will fully refund your purchase with no questions asked (if requested within a year of that purchase). Use the contact us page to reach out.
What about the course workbook?
If you have an issue with your workbook only, this too comes with a Happiness Guarantee. You can use the contact us page to let us know, and we'll take care of it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What if I entered an incorrect address on my completed order?
We are happy to help you re-route your package to the correct address. Please note that you will need to cover the additional shipping charge for resending your order.
