Abidible's® course, "How to Study the Bible" was created as an optional prerequisite for our individual studies.
While the course is not required, it does have all of the helpful foundational information and tools to set you up to thrive in the individual studies. If learning how to consistently abide is important to you, we cannot recommend the course enough.
The course is for all levels, regardless of previous Bible study experience. That's because it addresses big topics like:
Why we study the Bible
What the Bible is
The layout of the Bible
The authority of the Bible
and
Then, we go in depth with practical tools AND practice. The entire format was designed help students be able to study the Bible themselves and know and love God more deeply.
That said, it is possible for people with Bible study experience (annotating, doing word studies, cross-referencing, using commentaries, etc) to jump into the individual studies without having taken the course.

It's up to you! One option is to purchase the individual study by itself. If you choose this option, all you'll need is the study (digital or hard copy), a Bible, a three-ring binder, and a pen/pencil.
If you'd like to really work on your memorization, you can also select some of our one-of-a-kind lettered products. These go with each month's study and help you saturate your mind, home, and life with the Word of God.

We have chosen to write our digital studies and design our lettered products around the English Standard Version® (ESV) of the Bible.
We chose this translation not only because it's what we've personally used the last 10 years+, but because:
*"It is an essentially literal translation that seeks as far as possible to reproduce the precise wording of the original text and the personal style of each Bible writer."
*It has an "emphasis on word-for-word correspondence, at the same time taking full account of differences in grammar, syntax, and idiom between current literary English and the original languages."
*It seeks to "be transparent to the original text, letting the reader see as directly as possible the structure and exact force of the original."

You are welcome to approach your Abidible® study using whatever version of the Bible you like.
That said, please note that you'll need to make some modifications to parts of the study.

Also note that all of our lettered products are lettered with the ESV® version of the verse.
There may come a day when we add other versions, but for now we are only able to offer ESV®. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
First of all, we invite you to pace yourself. Do our studies in any order you want, and take as long as you want.
If you want to follow along with us, you'll see us launch new studies monthly.
We do a deep dive into one particular Bible passage. The passages are usually 10 verses long.
Our studies are designed to take anywhere from 30-60 minutes a day. You’ll start by saturating your home, mind, and life with each month’s passage. Then, you’ll immediately jump into the daily verse exercises.
Each verse gets TWO DAYS of in-depth study.
Day 1 Exercises: Recording, copy work, lettering, fill in the blanks, translations, and word study
Day 2 Exercises: Cross-referencing, paraphrasing, commentary, and prayer
After a small chunk of verses, you’ll hit pause to recap and recite what you’ve learned so far.
Online, we share what we're learning together via Instagram and Facebook.
We know that each of you brings a different level of experience to this study, and some of you may even be brand new to a study like this. We are also very sensitive to your time and the demands that are already a part of your everyday life. Find a pace that works for you.

As we do, He transforms our lives and everything about how we live. We are so excited to take this journey with you.

When you purchase an Abidible® study, you are able to print the entire digital study instantly (30 pages on average).
PRINTING TIPS: After completing your purchase, the digital study will be emailed as a PDF file. Download the file directly to your device and make sure the PDF preview looks correct before printing.
If saving money is important when you print, consider printing double-sided in black and white. Then, add your own color with pens or markers.

Yes, we have had customers successfully participate in our studies digitally. They used apps like ZoomNotes or GoodNotes.

The important thing to know is that direct/reactive dyed items will be more colorfast than their pigment-dyed counterparts. They are more resilient to harsh detergents and hot water washes.
The colors of pigment-dyed apparel will fade slightly over multiple washes, which is one quality people like. You could say it’s more wishy-washy. But both styles will become even softer.
Avoid using bleach, harsh detergents, and hot water. Turn the garment inside-out for best results, and use cold water wash with mild detergent.
And, no. Your shirt should not shrink. At least not any more than comparable cotton apparel. Comfort Colors® are pre-shrunk, so if machine washing cool and drying at low-temp, the shirts should not shrink at all.

Items shipping within the continental United States can take anywhere from 5-11 days. This does not include the time it takes to create your products.

What’s your return policy?
Because our lettered products are customized, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. Please take the time to confirm sizing using the charts provided with each product listing. That said, if there is a manufacturing error, issue, or defect with your order, please immediately let us know by contacting us here. If you have an issue with any of our digital products, please contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What if I entered an incorrect address on my completed order?
We are happy to help you re-route your package to the correct address. Please note that you will need to cover the additional shipping charge for resending your order.
